Searching

How do I search for deals?

Use the search box on the homepage or results page to look up a store name and browse matching offers. Results are ranked by relevance, with an exact store match shown first when available.

Can I search by category instead of store name?

Yes — try broader terms like "electronics" or "fashion" to see stores and deals grouped by category rather than a specific brand.

Why don't I see results for a misspelled store name?

Search works best with the store's common name. If nothing appears, double-check spelling or try a shorter, more general version of the name.

Coupons & Codes

How do I use a coupon code?

Copy the code from the store page, then paste it into the promo code field at checkout on the retailer's site before completing your order.

Why didn't a code work at checkout?

Codes can expire, be limited to certain items, or require a minimum order amount. If a code fails, try another active offer on the same store page.

What's the difference between a coupon, deal, and featured deal?

Coupons typically require a code, deals are automatic discounts or sales, and featured deals are offers we highlight as especially strong or timely.

Stores

Why are some stores missing?

New stores can be added from the admin area if you manage the site locally. If you're a visitor, missing stores usually mean we haven't indexed that retailer yet.

How often are store pages updated?

Popular stores and featured deals are refreshed regularly to keep active offers current and remove expired ones.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to use search-discount?

No. Searching, browsing stores, and copying codes are all available without signing up.

Is my data collected when I search?

See our Privacy Policy for details on what information is collected and how it's used.

Troubleshooting

What should I do if a link is broken?

Please try a fresh search or contact the site administrator to report the issue, including the store name and page where you saw the broken link.

A page isn't loading correctly. What now?

Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the problem continues, it may be a temporary issue on our end — check back shortly.
